OPSA Payment Policy
At OPSA, we are committed to providing families with accessible, affordable, and transparent educational services. Our fee structure and payment policies ensure clarity and fairness while supporting our loyal members and maintaining the quality of our programs.
1. No Joining or Administration Fees
- We do not charge any joining or administrative fees upon enrollment.
2. Consistent Fees
- The fee you pay at enrollment will remain the same for the duration of your child’s schooling with OPSA.
- This is our way of thanking you for your loyalty and ongoing support.
3. Family Discount for Multiple Children
- Fees apply only for the first three children from the same household.
- The fourth child (and any additional children) can join free of charge.
4. Referral Discount
- Refer someone to OPSA, and for every successful enrollment, you’ll receive a once-off discount on your fees as a thank-you for growing the OPSA family.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees are payable monthly over 12 months and must be settled before the end of each month.
- A special discount is available if fees are paid one year in advance.
- Invoices are issued on the first day of each month and are payable within 30 days.
6. Suspension Policy
- If fees fall behind by 30 days, services may be temporarily suspended, limiting access to OPSA resources.
- Accounts overdue by 60 days without communication may face permanent termination of services.
- To reactivate suspended accounts, the full outstanding balance must be paid.
7. Financial Hardship Assistance
- If you experience financial difficulties, please contact us at finance@opsasupport.co.za as soon as possible.
- We are committed to working with families to create suitable arrangements, such as:
- Payment plans
- Temporary payment deferrals
- Other solutions tailored to your situation.
8. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds are not typically provided unless an error was made by OPSA.
- Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date by contacting finance@opsasupport.co.za.
9. Tutor Centre Discounts
- Special discounts are available for tutor centres enrolling multiple students. Contact us directly for more information.
10. Amendments
- OPSA reserves the right to amend this policy. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
