OPSA Payment Policy

1. Introduction 

This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms and conditions for the services provided by the Online Parent Support Association (OPSA). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued on the first day of each month and are due within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment methods specified on the invoice.

3. Overdue Accounts

  • Accounts that are overdue by 30 days will be subject to a temporary suspension of services. During this suspension period, access to certain resources and support may be limited.
  • Accounts that exceed 60 days without payment may face permanent termination of services. This means all access to OPSA resources, including online portals and support services, will be revoked.

4. Financial Hardships

  • OPSA understands that financial situations can vary and is committed to working with our members to ensure continued access to our services.
  • If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our finance department at finance@opsasupport.co.za as soon as possible to discuss a suitable payment arrangement.
  • Possible arrangements include payment plans, temporary payment deferrals, or other solutions tailored to your specific situation.

5. Reactivation of Services

  • To reactivate services after a temporary suspension, the outstanding balance must be paid in full.
  • For accounts that have been permanently terminated due to non-payment, reactivation will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This may involve paying the outstanding balance and a reactivation fee.

  • Refunds are not typically provided unless there has been an error on the part of OPSA.
  • Any disputes regarding billing should be addressed to finance@opsasupport.co.za within 30 days of the invoice date.
